World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and related services. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and the ability to close loans while maintaining compliant records.

The ideal candidate will handle high-volume conversations, balance a fast-paced workload, and meet performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or collections with measurable results.
• Comfort with high-volume calls and challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
