Job summary

World Finance Corporation of Illinois is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and closing loans in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will balance collections with new business development, balance cash, and ensure compliant records while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing if applicable.
• Experience in sales, collections or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts, arrange payments, and contact borrowers.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep and payments.
• Process payments and maintain accurate, compliant records in systems.
