Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of loan servicing or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides escrow analysis in accordance with RESPA, HUD, and FHA guidelines.
• Audits escrow vendors including tax, flood, hazard, and other escrow vendors.
• Completes escrow processing including timely payment of taxes and insurance, customer statements, and annual analysis.
• Monitors and tracks flood insurance for escrowed loans.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for process improvements.
