Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of loan servicing or related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and analyzes escrow in accordance with RESPA, HUD and FHA guidelines.
• Audits escrow vendors and processes payments for taxes and insurance.
• Completes escrow processing, customer statements, and annual analyses.
• Monitors flood insurance for escrowed loans and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Communicates with customers to answer escrow questions and support processes.
