Job summary

ACCESSbank in Omaha, NE is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist II to prepare complex loan documentation for commercial loans, maintain loan files, and input loan data into the bank system.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in loan documentation, strong knowledge of lending policies and regulations, and keen attention to detail. Midtown location, full-time, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (desired).
• 3–5+ years experience in preparing loan documentation and credit instruments.
• In-depth understanding of financial institution products/services, laws & regulations and credit instruments.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to prioritize and produce results; capable of working independently and in a team.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Proficiency with computer typing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex loan documentation for assigned commercial loans, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage accuracy of boarding of loans and maintenance of the Loan Accounting System.
• Monitor and report incomplete or pending documentation in tickler system.
• Assist with HMDA and FHLB data capture.
• Support portfolio growth with special projects under Credit Administration and Loan Operations Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
