Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in loan operations.
• 2+ years' loan administration experience.
• Notarial commission or paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures loans close in compliance with loan policy and credit requirements.
• Coordinate closings with customers, attorneys, appraisers, and insurance agents.
• Accurately generates loan documents.
• Independently creates documentation to close various loan types.
• Drafts waivers, amendments, and other agreements as requested by Lenders.
• Reviews title commitments and surveys for exceptions.
• Tracks outstanding documentation and critical dates.
• Coordinates fund disbursement and post-closing reviews.
• Ensures escrow payments and servicing requirements are met.
• Assists staff in identifying collateral exceptions and reviewing documents for compliance.
• Ensures all work complies with laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
