ACCESSbank is a locally owned community bank in Omaha seeking a Loan Operations Specialist II to prepare loan documentation accurately and timely, maintain loan files, and ensure regulatory compliance at the Midtown location.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with loan documentation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment at ACCESSbank Midtown.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in preparing loan documentation and credit instruments.
• In depth knowledge of commercial lending policies and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complex loan documentation for assigned commercial loans.
• Manage accuracy of boarding of loans and updates of the Loan Accounting System.
• Monitor incomplete or pending documentation exceptions on the tickler system.
• Assist with HMDA and FHLB data capture.
• Assist Credit Administration and Loan Operations Manager with special projects to support portfolio growth.
