Job summary

You will work with Laser Pro and Word, review applications, obtain missing information, and ensure timely delivery of a complete loan package to lenders for closing.

Qualifications

• Two-year college training or equivalent job-related experience.
• At least 1 year experience in commercial or consumer collateral and lien perfection requirements.
• At least 1 year experience in loan compliance regulations.
• Time management principles to prioritize workload.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Computer skills, including Word/Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Examine and interpret loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing information and request from lender.
• Utilize image system to obtain information for loan preparation.
• Prepare loan, security, and compliance documents and deliver complete loan package to lender for closing via email or DocuSign.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
