Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking a detail-oriented documents specialist to prepare accurate loan, security, and compliance documents for one or more market areas. You will interpret loan applications, gather missing data, and utilize Laser Pro and Word to finalize documents and deliver complete loan packages to lenders via email or DocuSign.

The role requires 1 year of experience in commercial or consumer collateral and loan compliance, plus strong communication, organizational, and time-management

Qualifications

• Two-year college or equivalent education or job-related experience.
• At least 1 year experience in commercial or consumer collateral, security, and lien perfection requirements.
• At least 1 year experience in loan compliance regulations.
• Time management to prioritize workload.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer skills: Word/Excel and E-Mail/Internet.

Responsibilities

• Examine loan applications and source documents for completeness and accuracy for proper categorization and document preparation.
• Identify missing information needed to prepare loan and request it from the lender.
• Use image system and collateral folder to obtain additional information for loan preparation.
• Prepare loan, security, and compliance documents and related correspondence within set time frames; deliver complete loan package to lender via email or DocuSign.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
