Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Able to handle high-volume calls with empathy and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to guide customers.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers via inbound/outbound calls.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment with evolving products.
• Use critical thinking with AI to identify customer needs and solutions.
• Review and verify sensitive customer documents with accuracy and speed.
