The role offers an hourly wage starting at $20 with rapid increases based on performance, plus overtime and a clear path to higher earnings as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to learn multiple systems and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with evolving products.
• Use AI tools to listen, understand needs, and provide real-time solutions.
• Review and verify sensitive customer documents with speed and accuracy.
• Receive real-time coaching from AI to improve professional communication.
