Job summary

Carvana in Tempe is seeking a Customer Care Advocate to join our in-person team at the headquarters. This full-time, hourly role covers 38-45 hours per week with regular weekend and some holiday shifts, and overtime opportunities as needed.

You will help customers through their car-buying or selling journey with empathy, using AI-assisted tools to draft notes and resolve complex cases. Starting rate is $20/hour, with planned increases to $21, $22, and beyond as you meet performance goals.

Your compensation grows as quickly as your skills do. We start this role at a competitive $20/hr, but by consistently hitting your performance goals, your pay scales up fast:

• Day 1: $20/hr
• Month 4: $21/hr
• Month 6: $22/hr
• Ongoing: After 6 months, you unlock our "Careers Not Jobs" program, making you eligible for an additional $0.50 increase every 90 days.

Stay on track, and you'll be earning $24+/hr by your one-year work anniversary!

About the Role:
