Carvana in Tempe is seeking a Customer Care Advocate to join our in-person team at the Tempe headquarters. As the voice of Carvana, you will guide customers through the car-buying or selling journey with empathy, using an AI co-pilot to handle routine tasks while you focus on human connections.

This full-time hourly role offers growth through performance, with starting pay $20/hr and predictable increases to $24+/hr within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional experiences by building genuine relationships with customers, guiding them through their car-buying or selling journey with empathy and expertise (via inbound and outbound calls).
• Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving products and AI updates.
• Problem-solve with AI, actively listening to customer needs and finding effective solutions in real time.
• Review and verify sensitive customer documentation quickly and accurately.
• Deliver high-quality interactions, with real-time feedback and coaching from our AI coach.
• Other duties as assigned.
