This full-time, hourly role starts at $20/hr, with pay increases as you hit goals, reaching $24+/hr by one year. An AI co-pilot handles routine tasks, letting you focus on delivering human-centered service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional experiences by building genuine relationships with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment with evolving products and updates.
• Problem-solve with AI technology to listen to customer needs and find real-time solutions.
• Review and verify sensitive customer documentation with speed.
• AI coach provides real-time feedback and coaching to improve communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
