Job summary

Centennial Bank is seeking a Loan Data Review Specialist I in Conway, AR to serve as the first line of error monitoring for the loan onboarding process. You will file UCCs to secure collateral and handle partial releases, while ensuring compliance and timely communication.

The role involves reviewing loans, processing collateral releases, recording UCC filings, and supporting booking readiness with attention to detail and regulatory requirements. Training in BSA/AML and related areas is included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret documentation and data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews booked loans to ensure accuracy across documentation.
• Processes partial release of collateral per procedures.
• Ensures recordation of online filings with the UCC.
• Fulfills ticket, phone, and e-mail requests promptly.
• Reviews incoming loan files to ready them for booking.
• Implements tracking requirements and parameters per loan type.
• Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training.
• Maintains alertness and works safely.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
