Job summary

Centennial Bank is seeking a Vendor Order Specialist Team Lead in Conway, AR to act as the point of contact for processing vendor orders—flood determinations, title work, environmental assessments—and to resolve discrepancies with orders. The role also develops training for new hires and manages daily workflow and rotations.

The position requires strong communication skills, banking experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
• Demonstrated lending experience or related banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for flood determinations, title work, surveys, environmental assessments and other items to facilitate loan documentation and closings.
• Provide status updates and information to lending staff for all orders.
• Receive documentation for orders and supply confirmations to lending staff as needed.
• Upload images of documentation to bank document management systems.
• Identify lending staff needs and resolve problems in the order process.
• Train new hires and assist in scheduling staff rotations.
