Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications in LOS for HMDA reportability.
• Verify HMDA actions are correctly recorded in LOS.
• Ensure HMDA questionnaire completion within LOS is accurate.
• Inspect HMDA-related fields in LOS for completeness and accuracy.
• Report any HMDA non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate to update HMDA policies and procedures.
• Review loan data and credit files for HMDA reporting accuracy.
• Analyze loan applications and underwriting documents for HMDA reporting decisions.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve data inconsistencies in HMDA reporting.
• Complete required compliance training.
• Maintain alertness and safety in daily work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
