Job summary

Sunrise Banks is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and verify loan and collateral data, maintain ticklers, and support reporting processes. The role includes reviewing loan files and updating procedures while collaborating with multiple teams across the bank.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel/Office skills, experience with loan documentation, and familiarity with financial statements, with a mindset for leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
2 year college degree in business- or business-related field preferred.
Commercial and/or consumer loan documentation experience preferred.
Familiarity with Fiserv and/or Abrigo experience preferred.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Familiarity with a variety of personal and business financial statements.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrates ability to work with AI tools and stay curious about emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Loan Data Maintenance: maintain annual review date, codes, risk ratings, exceptions, covenants.
Tickler Maintenance and Correspondence: create and maintain financial tracking ticklers and request information from clients.
Collateral Data Maintenance: review collateral documents and update values and codes.
Export Documents to Director: include approvals, PLRs, insurance, and collateral documentation.
Loan File Review: review consumer and commercial loan data for reporting.
Procedures: create and update procedures as needed.
Projects: assist management with vendor system updates and enhancements.
