Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone; verify information.
• Process payments and distributions; make recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle account activities for collections, including calls and in-person visits.
• Prepare reports and documentation; maintain cash drawer and bank deposits.
