Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Houston is seeking a Loader to support customer loading needs and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will assist customers, pull and stage merchandise, and operate store equipment safely in Pro and Garden Center contexts.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through the execution of Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot
