Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a loader to support customer service, loading, and order fulfillment at our Texas store. You will assist customers, locate and load merchandise, and help ensure accurate, safe handling of large or complex orders.

Responsibilities include staging orders, operating store equipment, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while following Lowe’s safety policies. Training will cover power equipment and loading procedures to support efficient service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while answering questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
