Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking an associate to support customer service, order fulfillment, and loading tasks across the store. This role involves assisting customers, locating and loading merchandise, and ensuring accurate handling of orders for home improvement projects.

Responsibilities include stocking, using power equipment safely, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Ideal candidates will be dependable, safety-focused, and able to help with large or complex orders as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registrations as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
