Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a loader to assist customers and associates with loading products and completing orders.

You will use power equipment safely, maintain product quality, and support large order fulfillment while helping maintain a safe, organized store environment. Responsibilities include loading customer vehicles, assisting with Garden Center and Pro Desk orders, and ensuring accurate, timely service for every customer.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate store equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs
• Partner with Garden Center and Pro Desk teams to ensure orders are staged and ready for pickup
