Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in McComb, MS, is hiring for a Loader role focused on customer service and loading/store support. You will assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, fulfill contractor and customer orders, and operate store equipment safely.

You will help maintain stock, support Pro and Garden Center loading areas, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while adhering to Lowe’s safety policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer for entering, accessing, or outputting information.
• Six months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and general customer assistance across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment and power tools safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Load customer vehicles and ensure orders are loaded accurately and safely.
• Support loading needs in Garden Center and Pro loading areas as required.
