Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel as part of core plant crew.

Responsibilities

• Adapt charging speeds to match high-volume plant demand.
• Operate heavy equipment with awareness of ground crew and trucks.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic loader maintenance.
• Prevent material cross-contamination by proper stockpile management.
• Manage stockpiles to prevent segregation of materials.
• Minimize fuel use through efficient cycles and reduced idle time.
• Maintain clean stockpile floors to avoid degradation and loss.
• Maintain safety around inspectors and engineers near stockpiles.
• Complete and sign daily pre-shift inspection checklists.
• Collect and hand delivery tickets to Admin Support.
• Promote safety and health policies in all work environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
