Job summary

Amrize seeks a Loader Operator for a special project in Hubbard, TX. The role feeds a central plant by moving aggregates from stockpiles into plant bins and supporting daily operations. This is a full-time, hourly position with travel requirements and a focus on safety.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2 years related experience, and strong mechanical aptitude. Amrize offers comprehensive benefits and a focus on safe, efficient material handling.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and manage multiple duties.

Responsibilities

Operate loader to move heavy bulk aggregates and feed the plant.
Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic loader maintenance.
Manage stockpiles to prevent material segregation and cross-contamination.
Collect and sign material delivery tickets and hand to Admin Support.
Maintain clean stockpile floors and monitor for material degradation.
Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies and PPE requirements.
Travel as part of the core plant crew.
