Job summary

Amrize, a leading construction materials supplier in the United States, is seeking a Loader Operator for Hubbard, TX. You will feed the portable plant by moving bulk aggregates from stockpiles into bins and assist with pre-shift checks.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment safely, maintaining stockpile integrity, reducing idle time, and following health, safety, and environmental policies. This full-time hourly role offers a strong team environment and growth opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel as part of the core plant crew.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy bulk aggregates from stockpiles into plant bins.
• Operate loader and maintain daily pre-shift inspections.
• Maintain stockpile integrity and prevent material cross-contamination.
• Minimize fuel use through efficient cycle movements.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
• Communicate with admins and inspectors as needed.
