Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator for a special project in Hubbard, TX. You will feed the plant by moving bulk aggregates from stockpiles into the plant’s bins and perform pre-shift inspections.

This full-time hourly role requires attention to safety, basic maintenance, and ability to work with trucks and crew. Travel is part of the core plant crew, and a high school diploma with 2 years related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of general work experience related to loader/operator duties.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and heavy equipment with awareness of ground crew and trucks.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance.
• Move bulk aggregates from stockpiles into plant bins and manage stockpile integrity.
• Prevent material cross-contamination and material loss by proper handling.
• Minimize fuel use through efficient cycle movements and reduced idle time.
• Maintain clean stockpile floors and safe work areas around inspectors.
• Collect and sign material delivery tickets for Admin Support.
