Amrize is hiring a Loader Operator at our Hubbard, Texas site to feed the plants with bulk aggregates and manage stockpiles. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures.

You will operate heavy equipment, perform pre-shift checks, and help ensure material integrity and efficiency. The position offers an hourly pay structure with generous benefits and opportunities to work on a growing North American construction materials team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of company processes and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and move aggregates to plant bins.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance.
• Monitor stockpiles to prevent segregation and cross-contamination.
• Minimize fuel consumption through efficient movements.
• Maintain clean stockpile floors and safety around stockpiles.
• Collect and sign material delivery tickets and coordinate with Admin Support.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments.
