Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years related work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy bulk aggregates from stockpiles into plant bins and feed the process.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic loader maintenance.
• Maintain stockpile integrity and prevent material cross-contamination.
• Operate equipment with spatial awareness around crew and trucks.
• Follow safety policies and complete required checklists.
