The position requires 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Travel may be needed as part of the core plant crew, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of company processes and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Able to prioritize work.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Adapts charging speeds to match high-volume plant demand.
• Operates heavy equipment with spatial awareness of ground crew and trucks.
• Performs daily pre-shift inspections and basic loader maintenance.
• Ensures aggregate sizes are not mixed in stockpiles or bins to prevent cross-contamination.
• Manages stockpiles to prevent material segregation.
• Minimizes fuel consumption through efficient cycles and reducing idle time.
• Keeps stockpile floors clean to prevent degradation and loss.
• Maintains safety around visiting inspectors or engineers.
• Completes daily pre-shift equipment inspection checklists.
• Collects delivery tickets from haulers and hands to Admin Support.
• Complies with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
