Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Loader Operator in Hartville, Ohio to operate heavy equipment per safety policies and product standards. You will read specifications, set guides, monitor machine performance, and perform routine maintenance to keep lines productive and safe.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in related trades, the ability to pass an internal certification, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret job specifications and safety rules.
• Follow instructions for operator adjustments and material needs.
• Able to read measurements and interpret manuals.
• Maintain accuracy and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Read specifications to determine adjustments and material needs.
• Set stops or guides to specified lengths using scales or templates.
• Observe equipment operation to detect malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication and cleaning.
• Inspect and complete equipment reports daily.
• Maintain clean and orderly assigned area.
• Operate controls and maneuver equipment safely.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
