Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment and produce high-quality lawn and garden products. You will follow safety policies and procedures while performing shifts in the plant environment.

Responsibilities include reading specifications, setting equipment, monitoring performance, performing routine maintenance and documenting daily reports. Candidates should be reliable, capable of lifting up to 50–65 lbs, and able to work 6:30 PM–6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, in a

• Requires basic reading of safety rules, operating manuals and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret documents and maintain accurate records.
• Self-starter able to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine operator adjustments and material requirements.
• Set stops or guides to lengths as indicated by scale or templates.
• Observe equipment operation and detect malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling and cleaning.
• Inspect equipment and complete daily reports.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Operate controls to drive heavy equipment safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
