Job summary

SRM Concrete in Smyrna, TN is hiring a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving sand, gravel and cement to keep our plants moving.

You’ll work with a team, follow safety rules, and report issues quickly. A valid driver’s license is required and willingness to learn; training is provided.

Local work with home daily, overtime after 8 hours, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Experience loading with front-end loaders is preferred but training is provided.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to communicate clearly with team.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload materials to keep supplies flowing.
• Work with crew to maintain schedules and plant flow.
• Perform safety checks before and after shifts.
