Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment at our plant in Fairfield, CA. You will load/unload materials, assist the production team, and help keep the plant running smoothly with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to ensure material flow.
• Work with crew to keep production on schedule and maintain safety rules.
