Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Loader Operator in the United States to safely move aggregate materials and stockpile loads for customer deliveries. You will operate a front-end loader/dozer, load trucks accurately, and support daily production in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The role requires attention to detail and teamwork, with OT opportunities and a comprehensive benefit package available from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of heavy equipment experience; loader experience preferred.
• Ability to read equipment operating manuals and reports.
• Experience with a variety of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader safely and efficiently in accordance with training and manufacturer instructions.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections of vehicle systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and service mobile equipment.
• Report needed repairs to supervision.
• Ensure cargo is loaded according to safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping of equipment and work area.
