Texas Materials in Liberty Hill is hiring a Loader Operator to support daily asphalt plant production. You will operate a front-end loader, handle aggregates, and maintain stockpiles while ensuring safety and quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and 2 years of construction experience. A pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check are required. Occasional travel and night/weekend shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 2 years of construction experience preferred.
• Heavy equipment knowledge required.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load and supply aggregate materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized and properly managed stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies to plant personnel.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, inspections).
• Assist with general plant upkeep and support other production tasks as needed.
• Follow all OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate with plant operators, truck drivers, and crew to ensure smooth production flow.
