The Loader Operator is responsible for moving and loading vehicles using a company-provided front-end loader or forklift. This role includes maintaining documentation of vehicle movements, conducting daily pre and post-trip inspections, and adhering to safety guidelines. The Loader Operator will also facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate equipment safely and according to standards.
2. Maintain equipment and vehicles as required.
3. Accurately record vehicle information and operate documentation devices.
4. Set up yard for auctions within designated timelines.
5. Provide customer service and maintain professionalism.
6. Follow safety and yard guidelines.
7. Load and unload vehicles as needed.
8. Complete training and safety requirements.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Minimum of two years of outdoor work experience.
3. At least one year of loader or forklift experience; certification preferred.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to operate heavy equipment and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
7. Bilingual skills are a plus.
