Summary/Job Scope: Loader Operator
The loader operator oversees and completes all yard maintenance, operates the yard loader, and performs yard laborer duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates yard loader
• Requires a self-motivated, safety-oriented person that can work outside in all weather conditions.
• Performs duties to ensure proper appearance of facility including general cleanliness, landscaping, and janitorial duties.
• Utilizes all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work safety regulations, including OSHA regulations.
• Performs internal audits weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous loader operator experience.
• High school or GED equivalent.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift/maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds as required throughout the workday.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of loader to operate as needed.
• Ability to inspect all areas on loader and plant.
• Ability to climb ladders to check inventories and perform plant maintenance if necessary.
• Perform multiple tasks under stressful situations over long periods while maintaining proper composure.
• Must be able to work long and flexible hours as necessary.
