Summary/Job Scope: Loader Operator

The loader operator oversees and completes all yard maintenance, operates the yard loader, and performs yard laborer duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate yard loader and perform yard maintenance tasks
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating self-motivation and safety awareness
• Maintain proper appearance of the facility, including cleanliness, landscaping, and janitorial duties
• Utilize all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety regulations, including OSHA standards
• Perform internal audits on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

• Previous loader operator experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Requirements:

• Ability to lift/maneuver at least 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Ability to enter and operate the loader as needed
• Capability to inspect all areas of the loader and plant
• Ability to climb ladders for inventory checks or plant maintenance
• Perform multiple tasks under stressful conditions while maintaining composure
• Willingness to work long and flexible hours as necessary

Salary Range: $29.61 per hour
