About The Team
We conduct hundreds of live auctions annually worldwide. Our team includes equipment inspectors, yard managers, operators, administrative staff, and customer service reps, all working together to ensure successful multi-million dollar auctions.

Job Description
The Loader Operator I operates heavy equipment and trucks, sets up equipment for auctions, and assists customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

  1. Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
  2. Assist in setting up yard equipment for auctions.
  3. Help customers load equipment and answer their questions.
  4. Support RB's safety commitment by ensuring personal and team safety.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Experience operating heavy machinery.
  2. Ability to operate a large forklift (asset).
  3. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  4. Good computer skills and quick learner.
  5. Track record of working safely and promoting safety.
  6. Good interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
  7. Team player with initiative; capable of working independently.
  8. Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  9. High attention to detail.
