Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: provide SMART service and respond to questions
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and store assistance needs
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders
• Use power equipment and store technology safely
• Maintain in-stock conditions and replenish merchandise
• Assist with large order fulfillment and product quality
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report safety hazards
• Operate store equipment as needed (various devices)
• Communicate product information and warranty details to customers
