Job summary

Addison Group is currently seeking a Leave of Absence (LOA) Administrator on a contract basis in Grapevine, TX. The role supports leave administration, accommodations, compliance tracking, and employee communications across states.

The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, work independently, and partner with HR and business teams to ensure accurate records and timely communications. Hybrid schedule applies, with on-site and remote work elements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Leave of Absence administration experience.
• Experience managing multi-state leave programs and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience with Paycom or similar HRIS.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leave regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities.
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently while collaborating with HR and business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of employee leave programs and workplace accommodations for a large portfolio of active leave cases.
• Evaluate leave requests for eligibility and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other policies.
• Maintain accurate leave records and documentation in the HRIS system and generate reports.
• Distribute required leave-related correspondence including eligibility determinations and return-to-work notices.
• Coordinate leave-related payroll and timekeeping updates, including PTO adjustments.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and HR stakeholders regarding leave processes and status.
