Grifols is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist I to manage day-to-day LOA administration in a HYBRID onsite/remote role. You will determine leave types, assess FMLA eligibility, and handle documentation across payroll and HR systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of leave laws, and collaboration with HR and managers. On-site at RTP NC with some remote work options, supporting national operations.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in LOA administration.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA, HIPAA and leave laws.

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for LOA requests and determine leave type.
• Determine eligibility for FMLA, state leaves and other company leaves.
• Prepare, send, and track LOA paperwork and ensure approvals.
• Manage LOA data in HRIS/Time & Labor and other systems.
• Advise managers on LOA issues and regulatory requirements.
