You\'ll lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality resident care. As Compliance Officer, you will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor managers, manage budgets, surveys, and licensing.

Qualifikationen

• Current LNHA license in the state of employment or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the facility's Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and regulatory readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve goals.
• Ensure high-quality resident care while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, licensing, and related documentation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and regulators.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
