Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Houston seeks an experienced project supervisor to lead a craft team on LNG plant projects within the Energy Global Business Unit, with potential mobility to other units.

You will direct craft activities, set and monitor work schedules, coordinate subcontractor performance, review design documents, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure alignment with schedules and budgets. Expect extensive field presence and travel as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 5–8 years relevant construction/engineering experience, or 9–12 years without degree.
• Knowledge of subcontracts and contractor responsibilities.
• Six Sigma knowledge.
• Strong leadership in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises craft activities and directs schedules.
• Coordinates subcontract work and interfaces with client reps.
• Ensures compliance with project policies, schedules and budgets.
• Interprets engineering/design documents with field teams.
