Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's The Arbors of Bedford in Bedford, NH is seeking a compassionate CNA/LNA/HHA/PCA to join our team. As a Certified/Licensed Nursing Assistant and Personal Care Assistant, you will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment.

You will help residents with daily activities, document care, and report changes to the team. The role offers hourly pay of $20–$21.25 and a benefits package including holidays, training, uniform provisions, and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred
• Experience with dementia care is desired

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support

Job Description

The Arbors of Bedford are looking for a compassionate CNA/LNA/HHA/PCA to join our team! As a Certified/Licensed Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

$20-21.25/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
