Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living—The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking full-time LNA/Experienced Caregivers for night shifts to provide compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment. The role emphasizes assisting residents with daily activities and documenting care while ensuring resident well-being.

Requirements include a plus for LNA license and prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living; dementia experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license not required but a plus.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Full Time Nights

Up to $26.50/HR

As an LNA/Caregiver your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
