Job summary

The Arbors of Shelburne, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking Per Diem Licensed Nursing Assistants to join our caring team. You will deliver compassionate daily care to residents in a warm, home-like setting and support activities of daily living on all shifts, including weekends.

This position offers flexible per diem schedules, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits slate for eligible employees, including health coverage, retirement plans, paid training, and an employee

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required
• Experience with residents who have dementia is desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report changes to staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive quality care
• Other duties as needed

The Arbors of Shelburne is looking for Per Diem LNAs to join our team!

Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives!

Per diem openings on all shifts. Must be available to work at least one weekend a month.

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
