Job summary

Benchmark’s The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) or experienced caregivers to join our team in Shelburne, VT. Per diem openings offer up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives, with at least one weekend per month required to support residents.

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will deliver compassionate care in a warm, home-like setting, supporting residents with daily living activities and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive excellent care.
• Other duties as needed.

We have per diem openings on all shifts. Must be available to work at least one weekend a month.

We are looking for a compassionate LNA's to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
